Here at Yoga Tree midtown, we reserve half the class capacity for online booking. Reservations are confirmed by pre-payment online, and is accessible to individuals with active membership programs.

Walk-in spaces are always available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Unfortunately, phone reservations cannot be accommodated.

4:30 PM - 5:30 PM Cancelled Hot Yoga L1-2This is a multi-level class focused on developing synchronization of breath and the logical flow of movement to build strength and balance in your practice. You will dive deeper into all asanas with a non-aggressive approach and modest pace for a more open, graceful body and greater self-awareness. The teacher will begin to link postures and guide you through flows of movement incorporating two or more asanas. You will also be introduced to inversions, taking your body upside down and feeling the great effects. This class is open to all levels, but due to the slower tempo it is appropriate for beginners with a good understanding of the foundation postures as well. Roger

Roger has been practicing and studying Yoga for almost a decade. Having participated in various athletic pursuits from an early age, Yoga has become the focal point for directing his energy through both his practice and his teaching. He completed his Teacher Training at Yogaspace, and is full of gratitude for having had the opportunity to study and learn from such a variety of strong teachers.Since graduating, he has continued to deepen his understanding of the wholeness of Yoga as a gestalt philosophy. He brings an energetic presence to his Vinyasa Flow classes, emphasizing the breath as the foundation of practice. His enthusiasm and love for the practice combined with his wry sense of humour make his classes inspiring and fun.

Completing a 500hrYTT and Restorative YTT he knew he had no choice but to share his passion for teaching.If you like to work hard, Vinyasa Flow or Power Yoga might be your cup of tea. If you like to go deep unroll your mat in a Reduced Heat class rich with alignment cues. If a slow practice, rich with healing energy is more in order unwind in a Restoratives. Each practice will leave you feeling like you learned something about your body while nurturing your soul.

5:45 PM - 7:00 PM Cancelled Reduced Heat Core Yoga L1/2The core is essentially the center of the body. It is a crucial structure and point of energy that provides support, proper posture and physical movement. Core Yoga will help you develop strength, awareness, stability, flexibility and control through a fluid and safe practice, while the heat will promote detoxification of the body and will allow a deeper stretch into the muscle tissues, ligaments and tendons. Similar to hot yoga, the temperature is set 10 degrees less at 28 degrees. *Remember to bring a bottle of water and towel to place on mat Roger
