These classes are designed for those who are looking to build a strong practice by learning basic postures with an emphasis on breathing, stretching and strengthening the entire body.
You are well on your way to becoming a full fledged yogi. These classes are perfect for those looking for a challenge. It combines power and flexibility with movement. Classes incorporate an intermediate level of asanas as well as the art of savasana.
For seasoned practitioners or those looking for an intense practice. In these classes, you will work on refining your practice and exploring deeper backbends longer held inversions and intermediate arm balances.
Note:
All classes are 90mins unless specified. Please respect other students,
arrive early for the class.
Schedule and teachers subject to change, please check schedule prior to
arriving.
Arrive at least 15 -20 mins before your first class for registration.
Please bring your own mat and towel or we have rentals for $2.
Late comers will not be permitted.
