Start Date: For kids ages 6-8 and Sept 15th for kids ages 9-12

Location: Richmond Hill Studio

Duration: Tuesdays for kids ages 6-8 4:30pm-5:15pm (Stopped during December but will restart in Jan 2012)
Thursdays for kids ages 9-12 4:30pm-5:15pm

Price: 6 classes for $90 or Drop In for $16 (HST Included)

A playful and fun-filled class for kids! Each class explores a theme, builds strength, enhances their imagination, promotes self-discipline, and develops inner strength and clarity.

In this 45 minute class, we explore yoga through various poses, breathing exercise, games and creative activities.

Benefits of Yoga: Increase body awareness, Improved spatial awareness, Better ability to Focus and Concentrate, Sleep better at night, Improve balance.

Unlimited Introductory Special/Passport to Prana cannot be used for kids yoga classes. All class passes are non-transferable and non-refundable. All passes will expire 6 weeks from purchase date.

PRE NATAL WITH MARY

Start Date: On going Every Saturday 12:30pm-1:30pm at Richmond Hill Studio

Duration: 4 Weeks (You will be able to reschedule 1 class)

Each Class: 1 Hour

Price: $72/ 4 classes or Drop In $20

Beginning September 2011, Yoga Tree Richmond Hill is pleased to offer prenatal women the opportunity to experience yoga while bonding with their child in a safe , supportive environment. lead by Mary Foran, these one hour classes allow soon to be mothers to explore various movements, postures, and practices suitable at different stages of pregnancy. Build your strength - both mind and body - as part of our warm, welcoming community. No previous experience is required. Pre registration is required.  

The class will be open for women in their second or third trimester who have received the consent of their doctor to practice yoga. No prior experience in yoga necessary however we recommend expecting mothers to wait until their 2nd trimester.
