Absolutely! New members can take advantage of our Intro Special — 2 weeks of unlimited in-studio classes for just $50. It's the perfect way to explore our studios, meet our instructors, and find the classes you love before choosing a plan.

We understand that life much like your practice has its own rhythm. Whether you need a temporary pause (up to 2 months) to find your center or are ready to transition away, we’re here to help.

• The First Step: To begin the process, please flow over to our official cancellation form. Submitting this form is a required step to finalize your request.

• Mindful Timing: We kindly ask for at least 14 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. Requests made with less notice may incur a $50 "rush" energy fee.

• Finding Stillness: Your request is officially complete once you receive a confirmation email from our team. No verbal cancellation accepted at anytime. 

Our class cards expires 1 year from it's first activation date (or starting from the date you attend your first class), so you can use them at your own pace. They're also valid for both in-studio and online classes, giving you maximum flexibility.

Our 50 Class Card can be shared with one other person. All other class cards and memberships are for individual use only. The shared card is a great option for couples or friends who want to practice together.

The All Access Unlimited membership gives you unlimited in-studio classes at all three locations, unlimited live online classes, and full access to our Yoga on Demand library with 500+ videos. It's our most comprehensive option for dedicated practitioners.

No yearly contracts, ever. Our memberships are month-to-month (billed bi-weekly) and you can cancel or pause at any time with 2 weeks' notice by completing a formal cancellation form (no verbal cancellation accepted). We believe in earning your loyalty through great classes, not fine print.

Yes! Your membership is valid at all three Yoga Tree locations — Bay & Dundas, Richmond Hill, and Spadina. You can mix and match studios based on what's convenient for you each day.

Yes, we offer discounted rates for students and seniors. Please bring valid ID to the studio or contact us for more information. We believe yoga should be accessible to everyone in our community.
