What Our Students Love About the Studio
Derrick relieved muscle tension from working at a desk all day
I started going to yoga as a way to help with my neck and shoulder pain. The Yoga Tree within the Fashion District on Richmond and Spadina is a very convenient location so I decided to give it a shot. After going regularly, a couple times a week, I noticed that it has been very helpful and relieved muscle tension from working at a desk all day. The teachers are very friendly and thoughtful, and the range of classes is great for when you want to relax and stretch or want an intense workout. Continuing onto my second year here and very much looking forward to it.
Sasha loves the classes are versatile and the instructors are diverse, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and care about your growth as a yogi.
Yoga entered my life at a time when I was overwhelmed, stressed and didn't have time for myself. Being a scientist in a huge Toronto's research hub, I found myself working 12 hour days eventually feeling tired and lethargic. Amazingly enough, I found out about Yoga Tree from a co-worker and decided to try it out for a month. I can happily say I've been with Yoga Tree ever since! The classes are versatile and the instructors are diverse, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and care about your growth as a yogi. YogaTree has become my sanctuary in the busy downtown core where I have an hour a day that I can focus on my body and mind!
