After checking in and kicking off your shoes in the lounge area, you can relax and enjoy a cup of tea in our lounge before heading into one of our spacious studio rooms. Yoga Tree offers a variety of yoga ranging from Hot yoga, Reduced heat (set at 28 degree), Hatha, Restorative to Iyengar.

At night, express yourself through an evening yoga practice or join in the nighttime drumming circle.

Airfare is not included. Jason Crandell was recently named “one of the next generation of teachers shaping yoga’s future” by Yoga Journal for his skillful, unique approach to vinyasa yoga. Jason’s steady pace, creative sequencing, and attention to detail encourage students to move slowly, deeply, and mindfully into their bodies.
Take a class from Jason and you will leave feeling grounded, clear, and content—and more informed of the nuances and habits of your body and mind. Jason credits his primary teacher, Rodney Yee, teachers in the Iyengar Yoga tradition such as Ramanand Patel, and ongoing studies in Eastern and Western philosophy for inspiring to him bring greater alignment and mindfulness to vinyasa yoga.

Opening the Heart, A Yin Yoga and Meditation Workshop
Combining the physical practice of Yin Yoga with guided Meditation helps to unlock deep holding patterns in the body and mind. Through long, deep stretches, the therapeutic practice of Yin Yoga will aid in preparing the physical and subtle bodies for contemplation. Guided meditation throughout the class will allow you to connect with your true happiness on and off your mat. Practitioners of all levels are welcome.
About the workshop facilitators:
Ali Alexander - Since 2005, Ali has completed the 800 ‐hour Jivamukti teacher training, studied Restorative Yoga with Marla Meenakshi Joy and completed her Yin Yoga Teacher Certfication with Tracey Soghrati. She teaches yoga full time at a number of studios in Toronto.
Anita Soutendam - Anita is a graduate of the Jivamukti Yoga teacher training program and received her certification from Sharon Gannon and David Life in 2007. Anita has also trained in Yoga Philosophy through the Yoga Studies Institute and trained in Tibetan Buddhism through the Asian Classics Institute. She has studied and taught in Toronto, New York and at Diamond Mountain University in Arizona.
