Sub by Leigh Bowen

Leigh has been practicing yoga for ten years and teaching for over five. She is also a Reiki master and Actor. Her training is extensive in classical Hatha yoga and Tantra, and it continues to grow and grow. Leigh endeavours to guide others toward leaving behind external concerns and worries, turning their focus inward and to the present moment so that, with practice, they can live in the moment more frequently. Through the attention to the physical body we can access deeper layers of mental and emotional tension, and recall that part of us which is perfect and whole. Attention to flow, focus and connection is awakened so that the student leaves the class with a heightened awareness of all three.
